About

Hi, I'm Heidi

I’m a Registered Dietitian and public health professional with a passion for helping communities use food as a foundation for healthy aging.

For over a decade, I’ve worked alongside Tribal programs, community organizations, caregivers, and families to create nutrition and health education that feels realistic, culturally meaningful, and immediately useful. My goal is simple: make healthy eating feel clear, doable, and supportive — not overwhelming.
